Miles P. Welo is an attorney practicing in Cleveland, Ohio, who advises clients on a broad range of business issues, including entity structure and formation, business disputes, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, real estate, and intellectual property matters.
Miles assists corporations and closely held businesses through various stages of the growth process. For families, Miles advises clients on estate planning, succession planning, gift and estate tax matters, probate litigation, charitable planning, and probate matters.
In 2017, Miles was selected by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a member of their “Twenty in their 20s” class, recognizing young professionals who help set the course of Northeast Ohio into the future. Miles also serves as a Certified Contract Advisor (Agent) for the National Football League.
Miles graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with honors, and received his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Miles resides in Cleveland, Ohio, and serves on the Economic Development Committee of the Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization, and is a former board member of the Roots of American Music (Roam).
