Emily is an attorney practicing in Cleveland, Ohio, who focuses on issues involving real estate as well as state and federal liquor permit licensing. She has developed a diverse set of legal skills over the course of her career with real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes and zoning matters; civil litigation; transactional real estate; and the representation of liquor manufacturers and retail permit holders in obtaining federal and state permits, in administrative and state court proceedings, and in the course of their daily businesses.
Emily is also an active real estate agent and business broker with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Professional Realty.
Emily graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in English. She is also a graduate of Chagrin Falls High School. Emily now resides in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
